Our Team

Michelle

Michelle has been a member of this dental team since 2013. She has worked in the dental field for 8 years as a receptionist before becoming a dental hygienist two years later. She is diligent, thorough, multitasking and meticulous and always willing to provide the standard of care according to what the patient needs. Michelle is certified in local anesthesia and enjoys attending continuing education courses, as she is eager to learn. Michelle is fluent in Portuguese and Spanish, in addition to English. When she is not at work, she loves traveling, spending time with her family, friends and her dog Simba. Also, she enjoys cooking and baking. Michelle is a great team player and we are very lucky to have her.

Maria

Maria is the office manager and makes sure that everything in the office stays on track. She worked as a dental assistant for several years and since true passions never die, from time to time, she still assists Dr. Rausch. She knows our patients by heart and, being the compassionate person that she is, she always creates a strong bond with patients. She speaks English and Portuguese.

When she’s not working she loves to be with her family. Maria is married with 3 lovely children, a dedicated and loving sister, daughter and daughter-in-law. She enjoys going to Maine to spend time with her family surrounded by nature.

Melissa

Melissa has been a Dental Administrative Specialist for over 25 years. She acts as a liaison between the patients and the dental practice making sure she does her best to make your visit as pleasant and hassle free as far as with the insurance carriers as well as with all the financial aspects that your dental visit would require.

Melissa has two grown children from her first marriage and is blessed with two grown stepchildren from her second marriage. She is a dedicated member at her fitness center in town and enjoys the summer and her weekend getaways to the beach every chance she gets.

Shelly

Shelly has been a dental hygienist for over 30 years. She is experienced in working with both adult and pediatric patients. She attributes her love for dental hygiene to the wonderful relationship she has with her patients, colleagues, and employers. Shelly stays abreast of her profession through numerous continuing education courses and working in state of the art practices. She is devoted to improving and maintaining the oral health of her patients.

Shelly is happily married to her devoted husband of 25 years, David. They have 3 grown children (William, Alexandra and Kathryn) and a fun-loving Wheaton Terrier named Seamus. She loves to cook, spend time with family and friends and venture to Prince Edward Island, Canada for their summer getaway

Fran

Fran has been an active member of the dental team since 1997. She has contributed to the dental practice as both a dental assistant and receptionist.

Fran has great communication skills and enjoys working with the patients. In her spare time, she loves caring for her dogs, hiking, kayaking, running and spending summers in the sun.

Catia

Catia joined us in July of 2017. She works part-time as our receptionist and also manages the social contents of the practice. She speaks English and Portuguese.

On her free time, she loves to travel (or at least daydream about traveling), to read and learn new things and she loves to craft.
